DAY 1: ATHENS / MYKONOS
Early morning transfer to the port of Athens (Piraeus) to board the ferry to the island of
Mykonos. Upon your arrival on the island, you will be met and transferred to your selected
hotel.

DAY 2: MYKONOS
Days at leisure in Mykonos to enjoy this unique island. Mykonos island is a wonderful
kaleidoscope of cosmopolitan shops, rocking bars, quaint windmills, great beaches, homey
taverns and hidden churches all set against a brilliant blue backdrop. And it’s not just the
water that sparkles in the sun on Mykonos, but also the marble streets and beautiful white
cubist buildings that characterize the island’s architecture.

DAY 3: MYKONOS / PAROS
In the morning, transfer to the port to board the ferry to Paros (duration 2 hours). Arriving
on the island you will be transferred to your selected hotel.

DAYS 4: PAROS
Days at your leisure to explore the island. Paros has a bit of everything you’d expect from an
island in the Cyclades archipelago – whitewashed villages, blue-domed churches, blonde-
sand beaches, fishing harbors with adjacent taverns, and lively bars. From its shores are
dramatic views towards the myriad surrounding islands and the road that circles the modest
770-metre-high summit reveals glimpses of translucent sea at every turn.

DAY 5: PAROS / NAXOS
In the morning, transfer to the port to board the ferry to Naxos (duration 1 hour). Arriving
on the island you will be transferred to your selected hotel.

DAYS 6: NAXOS
Naxos features especially fertile soil and produces enormous crops of both olives and
grapes, and its very own Naxian wine. With charming mountain villages, superb beaches and
endless Greek sunshine, it is easy to see why the island has become so popular. The island
has plenty to see and do: the highest mountains in the Cyclades, intriguing fertile central
valleys, a spectacular north coast and long, marvelously sandy beaches in the southwest.

DAY 7: NAXOS / SANTORINI
At the indicated time you will be transferred to the port to board the ferry to Santorini.
Upon arrival in Santorini, you will be met and transferred to your selected hotel.

DAY 8: SANTORINI MORNING HALF DAY TOUR
Explore Santorini with a 4 hour morning tour of the island (with experienced English
speaking driver).
Visually, Santorini is the most spectacular of the isles in the Cyclades. With its brilliant
flooded caldera, high cliffs and charming villages, it is the Greek Isle of everyone’s dreams.
Our tour will take us to Santorini’s highest peak, crowned by the Mount Profitis Ilias
Monastery. At 883 feet, Mt. Profitis Ilias rugged landscape is largely composed of volcanic
rocks as a result of hundreds of eruptions during the last two million years, some of them
being large caldera-forming events. Here, in this remote spot, we’ll have an ideal photo
opportunity to capture the beauty of this ancient island.

We’ll discover the village of Pyrgos, which was the capital of Santorini until 1800. Here we’ll
be able to admire the beautiful old houses and the Venetian Fortress crowned by several
churches.
Our half-day tour then takes us to one of the island’s most famous traditional wineries.
Viniculture is an ancient art in Santorini, and the fact that vines thrive at all is amazing
considering the fact that the island has limited water resources. But the volcanic soil is an
excellent medium for producing grapes, especially the Assyrtiko grape – a rare, white
variety.
After our visit, we’ll drive through the countryside to visit Oia. This traditional Greek village
of whitewashed cubes is perched impossibly high on cliffs at the north west tip of the island.
Here, take in the stunning views of the island from one of the charming cafés or stroll above
the rooftops of the homes carved into the cliffs and gaze into the deep blue waters of the
caldera far below.
Balance of the day at leisure.

DAY 9: SANTORINI
Day at leisure to enjoy the sun, the unforgettable view and the most romantic sunset in the
world. Santorini is the essence of a Greek island, where sea meets weather-beaten rock and
colors are bold and elemental. Blue-domed chapels stand on hilltops; houses are simple
white cubes, sunsets flamboyant orange. The half-moon island, with its rearing cliffs and
dramatic outlooks, is all that remains of a huge volcanic explosion. Inland, fertile soils
provide a softer landscape of silvery olive trees, fields of tomatoes and neatly pegged
vineyards that produce sweet amber-colored wine.

DAY 10: SANTORINI / CRETE
At the indicated time, you will be transferred to the port for your ferry passage to Crete.
Upon your arrival on the island, transfer to your hotel.

DAYS 11: CRETE
Days at leisure on Crete island. Crete is not just Greece’s largest island, but arguably its’
most fascinating and diverse. Its remarkable history is evident across the island, from the
ruins of the Minoan palace of Knossos to the Venetian fortresses of Rethymo; from old
mosques and Byzantine monasteries to the cave that is the legendary birthplace of Zeus. The
Venetian port of Chania in Western Crete is one of Greece’s most evocative cities and the
capital, Heraklion, is a dynamic city, the fifth largest in Greece.
Crete is renowned for its natural beauty and diverse landscape. Spectacular mountain
ranges dotted with caves are sliced by dramatic gorges that spill out to sea. The rugged
interior is interspersed with vast plateaus and fertile plains. The east boasts Europe’s only
palm-tree forest beach and the south coast has some of the most stunning beaches and
isolated coves.
Cretans are proud and hospitable people who maintain their culture and customs,
particularly their strong musical tradition. Throughout the island you will come across
traditional mountain villages and agricultural settlements unaffected by tourism, shepherds
tending their flocks and come across men in traditional dress.

DAY 12: CRETE / ATHENS
